Owner of Modest Solutions Mr. Muhammad Faraz Laeeq has a rich experience in the field of HR & Administration functions; from the very initial age of his career he was very keen to start his own business to create more jobs in the job markets.

When he was in Saudi Arabia he has decided to shift his career from a private job to an entrepreneur ship and he has started one company with the name of F&S Traders in February 2016.

Since he has experience in Human Resources & Administration he has also registered Modest Solutions to focus more on the business he has expertise in.

Principal Consultant - Ms. Sheba is a veteran in Human Resources practice, with over 19 years experience in organizing, managing and leading the HR functions at one of the largest Automobile manufacturers, largest telecom service providers in Pakistan as well as the Islamic banking industry.
She has been a change catalyst and possess expertise in C-level recruitment, corporate culture and change, policies/ processes development and implementation, merger, acquisition, and organizational performance management. Ms. Sheba is an MBA in Human Resource management.

Mr. Muhammad Faraz Laeeq

Director Operations - Accomplished organizational development professional with 12+ years of experience involving talent assessment and management, performance and succession management, global HR, competency development, learning management, and employee services.
Detail oriented achiever with strong HR background and experience in the trenches of organizational need analysis, delivering performance improvement solutions focusing on talent capabilities, processes, engagement and talent management systems implementation.
